Exchange/Return Policy
For corporate, wholesale and bulk orders, all sales are final. We custom produce items on demand and are not able to offer exchanges or returns.
Defective manufacturing:
We do want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event you received an item with a manufacturing defect including printing or embroidery please email hello@merchyme.com. In the email please include a picture of the defect along with your order number and we will get back to you about next steps.
Shipping policy
All in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days and should arrive within 5-10 business days from the ship date. In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately in an effort to get them to you faster.
If the product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder we will contact you with an estimated shipment date of the backordered item. Occasionally issues may arise that lead to an unexpected backorder situation and we will alert you as soon as we are made aware that this issue exists.
MerchyMe orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, MerchyMe will reship the package with the corrected address at the customer's expense.
MerchyMe cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company's error or weather.
MerchyMe is unable to bill shipping charges to a receiver's/third party account.
Standard shipping is provided by US Postal Service First Class Mail. If your order is too heavy for First Class Mail, we will ship via Priority Mail or Fedex Ground at our discretion.
Standard domestic shipping times are generally between 5-10 days.
All shipments are shipped from Cincinnati, Ohio.
